My September/October Journal

Goal Weight:  130
Mini goal:  135 on 6/2/04!  
Mini goal #2:  133 on 8/27/04!
Goal Pant Size:  10 or smaller      
Exercise Goal:  5 days per week
Weigh-In Day:  Changed from Wednesday to Friday
Body Type:  Thin/muscular arms & legs, big boobs, fat waist, and no hips.  Kind of like a guy.  I carry my fat in my belly.
Other:  I'm also a breastfeeding mom!

Lost another pound and down to 132!  No change in inches, but I can't expect too much after losing a half inch last week.  Hoping to stick with it since we'll have company this weekend and will be gone next weekend.

Gained a half pound this week.  :o(  I haven't been as diligent as I should be.  Going out of town this weekend, so who knows how next week will go.  Gonna keep trying, though.

Gained a pound this week.  Not surprising the way I ate while at my parents' house last weekend.  I've been having serious cravings for sweets--M&Ms specifically.  Not sure what that's about.  Going to stay OP this week and get rid of this belly!

Lost a pound this week!  Woo hoo!  I think I could've done better in sticking with my diet, but the sweets have been calling to me this week.  Not to mention that I've been cooking lunch for the guys while MIL is out of town.  It's hard not to want to eat what they are having.  I'm pleased with a pound, though.  Hopefully it's permanently gone!  I also lost a quarter-inch in the waist!  That's BETTER than the pound!

UGH!  Gained a pound!  Those darn sweets!  On a good note, I can fit into all my old jeans/pants!  Woo hoo!  Gracen and I are starting the weaning process, so hopefully, these last few pounds will finally relinquish me from their clutches soon.  Hangin' in there, I guess.

Well, it's been more of the same the past few weeks--gaining and losing the same pound or so.  We've had a lot going on, but now that DD is a year old and is finally weaned (woo hoo!), things should settle down and I'll be able to truly focus on losing these last few pounds.  I"m dropping the last 2 points I was using for breastfeeding, so my point range will be 18-23 pts.  Still doing the Wendie Plan and working out.  Gotta buckle down.

Argh!  Didn't lose this week even though I *thought* I stayed pretty well OP.  I don't get it!  Maybe my body is still adjusting from quitting nursing a couple of weeks ago.  It's so frustrating!
