- The FIRM TransFIRMer System--My most fave system yet! The TransFIRMer
is a great step and can be used on an incline. GREAT workouts, too!
- The FIRM Body Sculpting System 2--A great combo of weights and aerobics
to get a really great workout! Use Fanny Lifter, Sculpting Stick and dumbbells.
- Walking & Toning--At least a 30-minute walk, then toning excercises
such as push-ups or weights, squats, outer leg lifts, & crunches.
- Denise Austin's Ultimate Fat Burner--A fun video that incorporates
a little weight work with heart-pumping aerobics. A step can be used with this.
- Stott Pilates Intermediate Matwork--Focuses on core (ab) muscles and
stretching the spine. Get those abs in shape!
- Tae Bo Intermediate Workout--Fast-paced kick-boxing workout that includes
abs.
- Kick Butt--An easier kick-boxing workout that includes weights and
abs.
- Denise Austin's Pilates--Two 20-minute pilates & yoga workouts.
- Cellulite--An OLD aerobics video that I sometimes still do.
Includes aerobics, arm & leg toning, and abs.
