My January Journal

I'll be entering my notes and thoughts on this page--hopefully daily.  I may even go so far as to write down what I'm eating! 
 
Goal Weight:  135  
Goal Pant Size:  10       
Exercise Goal:  Currently, 4 days per week, but working up to 5-6 days per week.
Weigh-In Day:  Friday because I like to splurge a little on the weekends!
Body Type:  Thin/muscular arms & legs, big boobs, fat waist, and no hips.  Kind of like a guy.  I carry my fat in my belly.
Other:  Gonna start out slowly and see how it goes!  I'm also a breastfeeding mom!

Getting the site set up.  Not working out today b/c I did on Sun. & Mon. 
Food:  Slim-Fast (4), Coffee (2), California Veg. Instant Ramen Soup (6), 1 Chicken Fajita Lean Pocket (5), 8 oz. Sprite (2), Cereal (1), 2 pcs. Pizza (12), 1 Lite String Cheese (1), 2 small choc. chip cookies, Diet A&W Rootbeer, Margarita on the rocks...WAY over points!  Ugh!

Did Denise Austin's Ultimate Fat Burner video and got interrupted a LOT!  Got her done, though.
Food:  Scrambled egg product (2), Turkey Bacon (2), Coffee (2), 2 pcs. Pizza (12), 6 oz. V-8, 20 oz. gas-station Cappucino (4), Stouffer's Homestyle Beef--not very good (6), 2 pcs. Beer Bread (2), Mixed Nuts (4), 2 cookies...a little better than yesterday, but still over.

Did Stott Pilates video.
Food:  Slim-Fast (4), WW Chicken Enchilada Suiza SmartOne (6), FF Spicy Refried Beans (1), Tortilla Chips (3), Chex Mix (3), Coffee, (2), Easy Asian Beef & Noodles (10), Diet A&W Rootbeer (0), Flavored Carbonated Water (0), 2 cookies (3), Mixed nuts (4), Decaf Iced Tea w/ Splenda (0), Water in there somewhere too...Still over points. 
Notes:  Those darn mixed nuts are getting me.  I know they have the good fat in them, but I don't *need* them.  They just call to me before bed.  Won't be buying any more after these are gone.  Almonds are SOO good, though!

Weighed in and lost 2 lbs!  That's always debateable, of course, especially since my milk supply has evened out after Gracen started going 3 hours between feedings.  A little progress is good to see!
Probably won't work out today.  Am going to do a some housework.
Food:  Slim-Fast (4), Coffee (2), 2 pc. chicken tenders (2) in WW Fettucini Alfredo SmartOne (5), 2 pc. Garlic Toast (2), Cappucino (4), Cheese Nips (6), Mexican Soup (8), 2 cookies, A&W Rootbeer (0), water...I'm gonna hit 33 points one of these days!

Walked 1.75 miles and did toning exercises.  Didn't write down food today.

Went to church, so no workout.  Not keeping track of food today since it was a Chiefs playoff game.  I'm so naughty!

Did Tae Bo this morning.  Woo-wee!  Talk about sweatin'!
Food:  Slim-Fast (4), Coffee (2), Progresso Minestrone (4), Grilled Cheese made w/ Fat Free Cheese (2), Cappucino (4), Cheese Nips (6), 2 Donut Holes (?), Chicken Voila (5), 2 pc. Garlic Bread (2), Raspberry Lemonade Crystal Light, A&W Rootbeer, water...I think I made it within my target points today!  Woo-hoo!
Notes:  Clothes dryer broke for no good reason.  Crap!

Bought a new dryer this morning, so haven't worked out.  Will see if I get time later.
Got time to do Pilates!
Food:  Slim-Fast (4), Coffee (2), Subway Atkins Friendly Bacon & Turkey Melt Wrap (10), 1 small bag Baked Lay's (3), Mug Rootbeer (?), Macaroni Lasagna (?), Green Beans (?), some Chocolate Chips...Have no idea how many points, but I'm sure I went way over.  I wish my stomach would shrink so I couldn't eat so much!

Probably not going to work out today.  Need to go grocery shopping for company this weekend and Gracen's baptism dinner on Sunday.
Food:  Slim-Fast (4), Coffee (2), 1 can Hominy (3.5), SmartOne Veggie Sandwich-thing (5), Cappucino (4), Macaroni Lasagna leftovers (?), Green Beans, Salsa (0), Tortilla Chips (3), some Ritz Smore's Cookies (3)...Didn't do TOO bad w/o knowing pts. for supper.

No weight loss, but saw some progress in measurements.  DH is sick, so I didn't get much sleep.  Not sure if I'll work out or not.  Need to clean house today or tomorrow.

Came down with the stomach flu this evening, so didn't eat too much today.

Gracen was baptized today.  I felt better, though queasy and very tired, so we went ahead with it.  Did some eating, but took it easy.  Didn't keep track of food.

Feeling better, but stomach is still not back to normal.  Oh well.  I've lost a couple of pounds since Friday.  Not sure if I'll work out today or not as my parents are still here.  Went for a walk in the cold, cold air.  It felt good.  Did my toning too.
Food:  Slim-Fast (4), Coffee (2), Turkey Sandwich, Beer Dip & Pretzels, Bit of Salad, Enchilada Casserole, Salad.

UGH!  Still feeling sick today!  I'm really tired of this!  Not going to work out today b/c I feel bad and tired.  The Enchilada Casserole was not a happy thing to eat last night as it totally unsettled my stomach.  Gonna stick to Gatorade and soup/crackers today, I think.  Good thing that I need to lose some weight!
Food:  Slim-Fast (4), 16 oz. Gatorade (2), Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup (4), Saltines (3), Meatball Smartwich (6), 1/2 svg. hominy (1), Gatorade (2)...not even my minimum, but it's all I can stomach!  Craving McDonald's, though.  How weird is that?

Oh, I had a bad weekend eating-wise!  Cleaned house on Sat., then went grocery shopping ALONE!  Ate a choc. chip cookie dough Blizzard while I was out.  It was SO yummy!  Did Fat Burner on Sunday.  Then, I've just been eating a bunch of Mexican and brownies and little peanut butter cups all weekend.  I need an attitude adjustment!  I need food to survive; it is NOT my friend!
Gonna do Pilates sometime today.  Done!
Food:  Coffee (2), 3 cinn. rolls (refrigerated kind, have no idea of pts.), Bean & Cheese Quesadilla (6), a bit of chips/salsa/FF refried beans (prob. 2), about 8 mini peanut butter cups (don't want to know the pt. value of those!), Lite String Cheese (2), FF pretzels (1), 2 Gorditas & Spanish Rice (12?), 1 Snackwell Sugar-Free Brownie (2), some more of those darn PB cups!  Argh!

Food:  Slim-Fast (4), Coffee (2), Turkey, Stuffing & Vegs SmartOne (5), 2 pcs. Beer Bread (2), 4 PB Cups (4), Water, Popcorn (1), 2 svgs. Chicken & Dumpling Homestyle Bakes (10), 4 PB Cups (4), Decaf Tea w/ Splends (0), Diet Rootbeer (0).  Stayed within points, I think!  Woo hoo!

Garrett has a fever.  Guess he has a cold.  Can't we all stay well for a while?!  Not sure if I'll work out today or not.
Feeling sort of discouraged.  The scale shows a gain (today's not weigh-in day, but I hopped on just to check it out.  Probably shouldn't've) and that's rather irritating.  I *feel* thinner, but the scale isn't being nice.  Oh, well, I'm more determined.  Hope I can stay that way.
Food:  Slim-Fast (4), Coffee (2), Meatball Smartwich (6), Hominy (2), PB Cup (1), Pistachios (5, worth every pt!), Cappucino (4), Cornbread (4), Ham & Beans (5)...Not too bad!

Gone all day, so no workout and ate BADLY!!!  Didn't lose any weight and only a 1/4-inch in the bust.
Food:  Lots o' coffee w/ cream, sugar,etc., Breakfast Casserole, Oatmeal Muffin, Chicken Nuggets, Fries, a small Cappucino, Coke, a few Peanut M&Ms, Hamburger Helper, Green Beans.  I'm not even going to bother trying to count this up.  Sigh!  I can't seem to keep myself on track.
